Are you familiar with the event site? If not, can we meet on site?

• All out blow out are familiar with all major venues in the North East and majority of smaller ones, however if we have not worked at a venue before we are very happy to meet on site to discuss your needs.

May I see your portfolio or photos of your work?

• Always , you will find a selection of our work under showcase on this website but we are also happy to provide more specific examples via email.

How can you help me maximize my budget with balloons?

• All out blow out strive to make you happy we will work to any budget, We are highly trained in making the most of every venue allowing us a stretch your budget. We use the best quality balloons in the business this which allows our designs to last longer giving you better value for money.

When will the decor be installed? Is there a delivery or installation fee?

• Most of our work is done on site on the same day (were permitted) this ensures your decor lasts the longest possible time. We include free set up and delivery on events in Billingham and surround areas and charge a small set up free for any venue further a field.

What’s the estimated total cost of my decor?

• All designs and items are custom-built so we to make sure each client get the very best value we provide a bespoke written quote for every job.  Please contact us with you needs and we will be happy to provide this for you.

When the event is over, will you come and remove the decor?

• We can arrange this at an extra cost just ask

Do you carry liability insurance?

• Yes All out blow out and its staff are all fully insured – We are happy to provide a copy of insurance on request

What’s your payment policy? What’s your required deposit amount and due date, and when is the balance due?

• 20% deposit is due on the booking date and the remained of the balance is due 14 days before the event , were the event is less than 14 days  away the full balance is to be paid upon booking.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

• Any cancelations of work is to be made at least 14 working days before the event in writing failure to do this will result in loss of monies paid. If cancellation is made by All Out Blow Out a full refund will be issued and 30 days notice will be given were possible.
